Machines for water cremations

Machines for water cremations engineered by Water Cremations Systems reduce time, cost and resources. By choosing a machine from Water Cremation Systems you are creating a greener alternative to traditional cremation methods for pet cremation.

At Water Cremation Systems we have developed our water cremation machines through close collaboration with industry partners. Our domestically produced systems boast a compact design, effortlessly processing up to 150kg within 6-12 hours. These machines operate eco-consciously, utilising approximately 65% less water than alternative systems. This translates to a significant reduction in waste and contributes to lower energy consumption and cost savings.

Our innovation is a more accessible, sustainable and efficient solution for businesses aspiring to deliver outstanding services to the public and veterinary practices.

Engineered for efficiency

Sustainable and environmentally friendly outcomes are at the core of our engineering process. Traditional cremation releases a substantial amount of CO2, and with the world’s focus on reducing greenhouse gas emissions, finding alternative solutions is why Water Cremation Systems machines are gaining popularity and entering the market as a mainstream alternative to conventional cremation methods.

Like anything new, the product must produce more benefits to the user than simply greener outcomes. Our Founder, Matthew Brown, purposely designed our water cremation machines to reduce the amount of time taken to perform a traditional cremation and with up to 85% less energy consumption, operators are saving a great deal on their energy bills.

The process is cleaner and quicker, and the operator can recycle the by-products back into the environment as a potent fertiliser.

We build our water cremation machines with precision using premium insulated stainless steel, silicone, cutting-edge heating elements and advanced pumps. Our adaptable stainless steel dividers allow for the individualised separation of each animal. This not only reassures your clients but also ensures productivity.

The innovative heat exchanger vessel serves a dual purpose by neutralising and cooling the liquid, while simultaneously heating fresh water for the subsequent water cremation process. This feature results in substantial energy and time savings.

A clean, efficient water cremation process

The water cremation process is a clean, low carbon emission and highly efficient process.

In the alkaline hydrolysis machine, the operator carefully positions the bodies within adjustable stainless steel dividers. The machine is then securely sealed, filled with water and alkali, and subjected to a heating and circulation process.

Through the interplay of time and heat, the machine transforms the remains into liquid and porous bone fragments. The operator transfers the liquids to the heat exchanger vessel, while the stainless steel baskets cradle the bone fragments.

Post-processing involves rinsing, drying and grinding the bone fragments, which the operator can return to the pet owners or dispose of. The heat exchanger vessel cools and neutralises the liquid remains, preparing them for responsible recycling.

The heat exchanger revitalises the liquid remains and heats the next batch of cold water, saving time and energy.
