Designed in collaboration with industry professionals
At Water Cremation Systems, we work hand-in-hand with those ‘on the ground’ to continuously improve and refine our water cremation technology.
Designed and developed in collaboration with our industry partners, our locally manufactured aquamation systems are not only smaller, but process up to 150kg in 6-12 hours. Using 65% less water than other aquamation systems, our machines reduce waste, energy consumption, and costs.
A more affordable, sustainable and effective solution for businesses looking to provide exceptional services to the pet industry and veterinary practices.
The Water Cremation Systems process
- Bodies are placed in a modifiable arrangement of stainless steel dividers in the alkaline hydrolysis machine.
- The machine is sealed and filled with water and alkaline, then heated and circulated.
- Remains are reduced to liquid and porous bone fragments, through a combination of time and heat.
- Liquids are transferred to the heat exchanger vessel, while bone fragments remain in the stainless steel baskets.
- Bone fragments are ready to be rinsed, dried and ground; they can then be returned to the families.
- The heat exchanger vessel cools and neutralises the liquid remains, making them suitable for recycling.
- The heat exchanger simultaneously heats the next batch of cold water to save significant time and energy.
Engineered for optimal efficiency
Using the highest quality insulated stainless steel, silicone, heating elements and pumps, every aspect of our water cremation system is designed for time, energy and resource efficiency.
Unlike traditional cremation, the modifiable arrangement of stainless steel dividers enables the separation of each animal, offering peace of mind to your clients while maintaining optimal productivity.
Our heat exchanger vessel, which works to neutralise and cool the liquid, can also heat fresh water for the next water cremation process, creating enormous energy and time savings.
